Lahaina Heritage Museum

The Lahaina Heritage Museum contains a variety of artifacts from local history.  It has a large focus on the whaling industry that once dominated the local economy.

Exhibits include giant whale teeth, body parts and old photographs of the whaling industry.

The whales that live in the waters around Lahaina migrate back and forth between British Columbia, Alaska and the Hawaiian Islands.

Whale watching tours operate from the harbor located directly in front of the museum.
